EMOTIONS. FEELINGS. CONNECTION.
These three words simply define what we want to achieve with each of our photoshoots. To reconnect women with their inner self, to bring out positive emotions and feelings by strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem. To show the amazing beauty of each woman and how powerful and beautiful women can be at the same time.

For this shoot we worked together with beautiful model Jessica. We used our Broncolor equipment to reach exactly the results we aimed to achieve. Therefore for this specific photo, for which we are very proud to be recognized with the Silver Award at the Portrait Masters Image Awards 2020, we used 2 Broncolor Siros 400 S and 2 MobiLED, powered by the Move 1200 L power pack. All strobes were synchronized with the RFS 2.2 transmitter.

We used our handpainted dark green canvas and setup both MobiLED with Broncolor Softboxes 30x120 and Light Grids as rim lights on both sides behind the model.

Our main light was one Siros 400 S with the Octabox 150 cm on the model’s right side (with Jessica’s face positioned on the rear edge of the Octabox to have the light wrap around her face).

The second Siros 400 S mounted with the softbox 120x180 cm served as fill light from the front on Jessica’s left side to lighten up the shadows.

Our studio Massen Photography, specialized in Contemporary & Fine Art Women’s portraits, Maternity, Mother & Child as well as dancers, switched to Broncolor in spring 2020. We first experienced this amazing equipment at a workshop in Luxembourg one year earlier hosted by Broncolor ambassador MOJA and with Urs Recher as referent.

We love the quality of light of Broncolor, how easy it is to use in our daily work, the reliability and simply the great build quality of the equipment. We are very satisfied with our choice for Broncolor and feel that our choice is for (photographic) life.
